In the first paragraph I feel amuse of the city because there building are very strong because of the corrugated metal shacks and their cities are very high tech because of their cellular phones.
In the second paragraph I feel worried to the population of the urban areas, I know that in urban areas it have good sewage disposal and running water and it have medical care, greater educational opportunities and more jobs but if there are many people stay in urban areas it can affect to our surroundings and to our environment because we all know that there are some people trying to destroy our surroundings like our ozone layer it will destroy because some people burning plastics. And it is so unfair to the rural areas also. And it can create rapid urbanization to the cities.
In the third paragraph I feel happy because they plan to solve the problems of rapid urbanization and they sought to limit mass migration. It's better to limit the migration in urban areas because they can create a problem, like what I've said it is a rapid urbanization problem. And I'm happy that they will concentrate on making those cities better to live in.
